HERE in Foley Square: History, Buildings and People

On September 20, 2018, Second Circuit Judge Dennis Jacobs and author Robert Pigott presented the program "HERE in Foley Square: History, Buildings and People" at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse in New York City. The program, part of the Courthouse Conversations series, explored how the present Foley Square came to be and how government buildings, including courthouses, migrated north to it from the lower end of Manhattan.
